Finding Happiness

Finding Happiness

All of us are human, and we all want to feel that happiness

as it beams outside our chest from the incredible beauty of life that we get to experience.  Yet there are so few of us that find it.  We spend most of our life trying to find what makes us happy, what sets our soul on fire and how we can keep it.

Often life can blind us, and get us into a cycle of following the herd.  We think that happiness means one thing.  However the truth is:

HAPPINESS IS DIFFERENT TO EVERYONE.

I know, this can be shocking.

There will not be two people who find happiness in all the same things.

As humans we are all VASTLY different, and have our own feelings.  We all have a rhythm inside our body that starts deep in our soul and is set in motion throughout our life.  It would be cruel to fore everyone to get on the same rhythm.

That’s part of the beauty of being human, the difference between us is what keeps our world unique.  It’s what enhances the human experience.

I’m a firm believer in finding your own way, and yes it isn’t going to be easy.  I guarantee that you will come out on the other end a happier person.  The minute you drop the expectation of what should and accept what is within you, things start to fall into place.

We should all find what makes us happy. But how do you do that?

It’s a series of trial and error.  It’s being willing to look inward.  It’s being willing to accept change.

Mostly it is accepting fear and saying I see you, I respect you, but you will not own me.

I think many of us are afraid of happiness, and I mean

TRUE SCREAMING INTERNAL HAPPINESS.

Truthfully once you taste it, you chase it.

You never want that moment to end. But alas all good things come to an end.

That happiness feeds your soul, and it leaves you feeling full and in rhythm, and you are alive until it arrives again.

We are afraid to find this, because what if we find it once and it disappears to never come back.  What if we get this taste of euphoria and then reality hits and we can’t find it again.

That’s terrifying, it’s almost better to not understand this feeling than to watch it slip from your finger tips.

But that’s the goal here, is to find it, and hold onto it, this means you have to change with it.  You will have to evolve with yourself.  As you shift and grow so will your desires, your rhythm will change and you will find a new way to smile from ear to ear.
